Are your students taking ownership of their own learning? Let’s chat on how we can make that happen in your classroom. In this session, you will learn how to connect checks for understanding and accountable talk to foster structured conversations. Learn the benefits of tracking student discourse to make critical instructional moves. You will have the opportunity to create your own check for understanding, content-based sentence stem, and to show how you would track the outcome.
