Lisa Howard is an Information Literacy Specialist (Librarian) at Magrill Primary and has been a librarian for 15 years. Prior to that she was an elementary classroom teacher for 10 years.  As a lifelong learner herself, she strives to encourage and support others to become lifelong learners. She loves to collaborate with her staff and other professionals to develop lesson ideas with literacy connections. She enjoys being a primary ILS because it’s so exciting to immerse young students in literacy through books, stories, author visits, guest readers, music and technology so that they may develop a love for reading and learning from a young age.
