What role does high quality instructional materials play in a strategy to improve literacy outcomes?  It's certainly one important component, but curriculum is just one necessary ingredient along with other critical moves a learning organization needs to make to move the needle for students. Come here from multiple view points how they view the role HQIMs factor into changing outcomes for students: the district level, state level, national level, and from the HQIM product perspective.
