Dr. Flores has over 16 years of experience working in Bilingual instruction under various programs. She has served as teacher, a skills specialist and is currently a District Bilingual Literacy Coach. Dr. Flores obtained her doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus on Special Populations from the University of Houston. She is very passionate about advocating for bilingual education, in efforts of maximizing students’ opportunities.
